How does the deposit work?
It depends on the protection plan you choose at booking: $1,000 with your own insurance, $500 with Standard Protection, $0 with Premium Protection. It is a card authorization hold, not a charge, released 3–5 business days after the car comes back with no issues.
What does delivery cost?
$40 within 10 miles of Folsom (Folsom, Sacramento, Roseville area), $80 to Sacramento International Airport or 10–20 miles out. Pickup in Folsom is free.
What do I need to rent?
Be 21 or older (25 for the Tesla Plaid), a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and a card for the deposit hold. Proof of insurance only if you choose the use-your-own-insurance plan. International drivers also need an International Driving Permit.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund; 24–48 hours before, half; inside 24 hours, no refund. Need longer? Text me before your return time and we extend it — late returns without a word are $50 an hour.
Can I get a car today?
